Week 2 of our 8 week workout series!

We both have two routines we’ve created, the first one is pretty intense – it’s the one we will be doing. But as we know there are many out there that just can’t do that kind of intense workout, so we created a second routine that is shorter (3 days) that you should definitly be able to keep up with! Remember WE are going to be doing this with you! So it should be fun to compare our results at the end of the week :)

Mine (Marlene) has 7 days of working out, but you can leave that day as a rest if you are following along with me :) . Honestly, working out just pumps me up and gets me so energized!! That’s why it’s not a super structured routine on day 7, it’s just to get my blood pumping!

Mine (Michael) of 6 days is intended for bulking up while loosing a little extra weight. You’ll notice day 3-6 is just an exact repeat of days 1-3. But if you’re just looking to get in a work out/tone up a bit – I broke it down to just the 3 days.
