Week 8 of our 8 week workout series!
I can’t believe we are already on week 8! WOW!!!!
We both have two routines we’ve created, the first one is pretty intense – it’s the one we will be doing. But as we know there are many out there that just can’t do that kind of intense workout, so we created a second routine that is shorter (3 days) that you should definitely be able to keep up with! Remember WE are going to be doing this with you!
