Traditional Cardio is great (I mean really great) for your heart. BUT, when it comes to fat burning there is a better approach than traditional cardio – and it’s been proven to work.
When we hear “weight loss” we automatically think “cardio”, right? But in truth, weight loss is the combination of low intensity cardio and resistance training.
Changing your over all shape requires resistance training. Cardio on it’s own will simply make you a smaller version of yourself (exact shape and all) BUT with less muscle mass than you currently have.
